Meet the Christophers
We first crossed paths in 2014 at NASCAR and tied the knot in 2017. When Auston completed his Navy service, we were excited to embark on our dream of moving to a farm. In 2019, we purchased our beautiful land and farmhouse. We rolled up our sleeves and renovated the farmhouse ourselves, and began building our barns! We started with a few goats in 2020 and have been adding animals ever since. This year, we joyfully expanded our family with our miracle little cowboy!
Audrey Christopher holds an MAgr in Agricultural Sciences, a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture, and a BS in Animal Care and Management. She manages the business operations and livestock portion of our farm.
Auston Christopher is a proud Navy veteran with a BS in Nuclear Engineering. He is the brains behind all the building happening on the farm and enjoys managing the crops.
MISSION & ASPIRATIONS
Healthy land produces healthy, happy animals. Our mission at Christopher’s Overlook is to weave sustainable practices into our everyday decisions. We hope our actions will inspire others to explore ways they can incorporate sustainability into their daily lives. Christopher’s Overlook creates a harmonious relationship between its livestock, landscape, and natural resources. As courageous stewards of the environment, we aspire to provide an educational atmosphere where the community can experience and learn about agriculture.
